These terms apply to your use of animastic.com. Gistly, our product at gistly.si, has its own terms there, covering accounts, payment and acceptable use; work we do for clients is governed by the written agreement for that engagement. Nothing here changes either of those.
What this site is
A description of Animastic, the products it builds and runs, the services it offers, and a way to reach us. Nothing on it is an offer that binds either party. An engagement begins only with a written scope and quote that both sides have accepted.
Products and prices
Product descriptions on this site describe each product as of the date at the top of these terms. Prices, limits and availability are stated on the product's own site and may change there; where this site and a product's site differ, the product's site governs.
Our content
The text, the drawings, the marks and the code of this site belong to Animastic unless stated otherwise. You may link to any page. Ask before reproducing material from it.
No warranty for information
We keep this site accurate and we correct it when we find an error, but its contents are provided as they are, without a warranty of any kind, and may change without notice. Decisions you take on the strength of what you read here are yours.
Bookings and messages
Booking a call or sending a message creates no obligation on either side. We reply as quickly as we can and treat what you send as confidential. Do not send secrets, credentials or regulated data through this site; a signed agreement comes first.
Acceptable use
Do not use this site to send unsolicited bulk messages, to probe or load-test it, or to interfere with its operation. Security researchers who find a problem are welcome to write to the address below and we will respond in good faith.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Animastic is not liable for any loss arising from your use of this site or from reliance on its contents. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms, and any dispute about this site, are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute belongs to the courts of that state. Agreements with clients and the terms of each product name their own law where they differ.
